1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Playhouse Cafe ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

2. Bookings & Reservations

When booking an event at Playhouse Cafe through our platform, you agree to the following terms:

Please arrive on time. We hold reservations for a grace period of 15 minutes past the reservation time.
Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance to allow others the opportunity to book.

3. Cafe Conduct

We strive to provide a welcoming and fun environment for everyone. By visiting our premises, you agree to:

Treat our game library with care. Do not bend cards, lose pieces, or handle games with greasy hands.
Be respectful to staff and other patrons. Harassment or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Consume only food and beverages purchased on the premises (no outside food or drink allowed).

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us.
